• As the Customer Care Lead you will develop, own and lead the customer care & service operations from scratch for our young start-up.
• As a digital native you like to focus on developing digital customer handling processes that operate efficiently and enable our business to scale, while ensuring premium customer experience.
• With hands-on mentality and a sense for customers, you like to engage directly with customers and develop KPIs for the greatest customer journey.
• With a fast growing photovoltaic and home battery portfolio of HalloSONNE, you will be responsible to build the service operation together with our business partners and inhouse installation crews.
• To ensure premium customer satisfaction you will be working closely with our sales and operations teams to establish smooth customer relationships across the customer journey.

• You have 5+ years of experience in building and operating a customer care & service operations, ideally in the B2C sector
• You have been engaging with customers in the past and enjoy being the voice of customers.
• You have been driving the set-up of digital processes and customer handling for growing organizations and understand the different needs in various ages/sizes of a business
• You have been working with hardware portfolios (e.g. telecommunications, heating systems, vehicles, etc.) and understand the concepts of building a hardware service organization for thousands of customers and ideally across several countries
• You have an understanding for quality assurance and quality control
• You are fluent in English and German (other European languages are beneficial)
